Nicky Kamte is the Managing Director of Ingenious Personnel. She has 10 years’ experience in the HR and Talent Management industry. She was born in the Eastern Cape Grahamstown. Nicky has worked in Cape Town and Johannesburg the two heartbeats of South Africa’s economy.
Nicky has built a solid reputation in recruitment embracing core values of integrity, innovation and growth. She is skilled in Negotiation, Business Development, Executive Search, Customer Relationship, Management (CRM), and Technical Recruiting.
She is constantly finding and implementing innovative ways to do recruitment and ensuring that there’s more diversity in corporate environments.
